This is a Subcommittee of the Regional Transport Committee and consists of two Regional Councillors together with a representative from Palmerston North City Council, Wanganui District Council, and Horowhenua District Council.
Its purpose is to undertake the planning and implementation of the Region’s passenger transport services.
