David Meads is an elected member for the Manawatu-Rangitikei Constituency. Cr Meads is married to Ros and has three adult children. Cr Meads is a Massey graduate and farms on the family property at Waituna West, Feilding. Cr Meads has represented the Manawatu District on the Regional Council since 2001.
