Horizons is committed to creating opportunities for our Region to grow economically and socially in a way that preserves or enhances agreed environmental and social values. One of the ways we do this is through our community grants programme and sponsorship initiatives.
Applications for community grants are sought annually in February/March for community-led projects that enhance our Region or encourage more people to engage with our natural environment. These projects must be non-profit making and align with Horizons’ goals. View more information about community grants to see whether your project could qualify.
Horizons also receives dozens of sponsorship proposals each year. Due to limited funds, strict guidelines have been developed to allow us to assess sponsorship proposals on a case by case basis.
