If you are applying for a dairyshed consent, please ensure you complete both the application form and the dairyshed supplimentary form. The application form is a legal document. You need to fill it out thoroughly (remember to sign it) and send it to us with an application deposit. Water Permit To Take, Dam or Divert We assess your application for accuracy and completeness according to the Resource Management Act and our own regional plans. Our aim is to ensure the consent decision is legally and environmentally sound. We encourage pre-application meetings or application assessments.
