 Levin Community Bus

Transport for the elderly.

  • Mainly services retirement homes, but also goes door-to-door.
  • Shopper bus on Tuesday.
  • Hospital Bus to any hospital on Thursday.
  • Salvation Army Lunch Bus Wednesday.
  • Donation from users is encouraged.
  • Operates seven days a week.

 Taumarunui Mobility Van

Provides transport for people with disabilities.

  • Services are booked one week in advance.

Tararua Health Shuttle

Transport to medical appointments within the Tararua district and at Palmerston North hospital.

Horowhenua Health Shuttle

Transport to medical appointments from the Horowhenua Health Shuttle to Palmerston North.

  • Five return trips per day, leaving the Horowhenua Health Centre and 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm and returning at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm.
  • The service will transport passengers for a donation made to the Horowhenua District Health Transportation Trust.
  • From 5 May 2008 the Levin Community Services van will start a pick up service around Levin for 9am and 1pm shuttle, which will be organised by the shuttle coordinator.

Foxton Beach Community Centre Van

  • This van transports people to appoints in Levin, Foxton, etc for primarily medical appointments.
