Bus Timetables

FROM 5 January 2026 -
Bus services are temporarily relocating from the Main Street Bus Terminal to Te Marae o Hine – The Square from Monday 5 January.

The relocation will remain in place for about four weeks as Fulton Hogan repairs the road under the terminal canopy or roof.

Main Street will remain open to vehicles in both directions.

Parking and footpaths on Main Street will not be affected, though there will be no parking available in The Square during construction to make room for the temporary bus platforms.

All nearby businesses will continue to operate.

Three temporary platform areas will be set up near the existing bus shelters in The Square.

From 1 December 2025 -
Routes 101 and 311 will not be entering the Palmerston North Airport Terminal due to construction at the airport terminal until further notice. The Airport Bus stop will be closed during this time.
All buses will use the stops outside the Airport on Airport Drive (approximately a 5-minute walk to the terminal). Please allow for extra time in your travels. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

From 31 October 2025 - Due to Roadworks, the 114 Ashhurst Bus will be detouring via Worchester St, and will not travel down Wyndham St. Bus stops at 127 Oxford St and 246 will not be serviced while the detour is in effect until further notice.

Please use stops at 105 Oxford St, or 50 Worchester St instead.

From 1 December 2025 -

From 6 January 2026 until 28 February, the bus will detour at the Victoria Ave and College St round-about, up to Ferguson St due to road maintenance.
Bus stop closures for:

• 487 & 504 College St
• 172 & 177 Albert St

Temporary bus stops will be in place at:

• 530 and 537 Ferguson St.

From 6^th January to 30^th January, maintenance work on Parkland Crescent will require the 107 routes to detour. 
The bus will not travel on Parkland Crescent or Brightwater Terrace during these dates. 
Terrace End start and end points for the route located on Limberick St.  

Bus stop closures for:

• 65 Brightwater Terrace
• 3 Parkland Crescent

Temporary bus stops will be in place at

• 97 & 98 A Limbrick St. 

Please be advised that all fares will be increasing from 19 January 2026. The new fare information can be found at: https://www.horizons.govt.nz/buses-transport/fare-information

From 19 January 2026, the 311 bus will operate in both directions down Grey St henceforth, and will no longer travel down Featherston St. 
Until the 19 of January, the 311 will still continue it's normal route down Featherston St.
