Manawatū-Whanganui Regional Council has received a consent application to construct attenuation structures in the unnamed tributary of the Koputaroa Stream and associated damming and diversion of water, to discharge stormwater to the unnamed tributary of the Koputaroa Stream and to undertake land disturbance associated with the construction of the attenuation structures.
