The final result for the Horizons Regional Council elections held on Saturday 11th October is as follows.
Ruapehu Regional Constituency (1 vacancy) Votes Received As the number of nominations received did not exceed the number of vacancies, Nikki RILEY is elected unopposed. Whanganui Regional Constituency (2 vacancies) Votes Received TAYLOR, Alan 7,143 FRASER, Ben 6,171 VISSER, Martin 5,098 HAYNES, Phill (Independent) 3,541 INFORMAL 7 BLANK VOTING PAPERS 2,037 Ben FRASER and Alan TAYLOR are declared elected.
