From 7 April, please expect delays on Fitzherbert Ave due to roadworks. Stops at 300 and 301 Fitzherbert Ave, will be temporarily relocated near 272 and 285 Fitzherbert Ave for the duration of the works. Roadworks are expected to be completed towards the end of June.

From 5 May 2025, The 106 will detour via Keith St, Shelley St, Tremaine Ave, and Kaimanawa St for a period of around 4 weeks, while the Mihaere Dr bridge is closed. Please expect delays.
The below bus stops will be temproarily closed during the roadworks;

  • 97 Keith St
  • Opposite 97 Keith St
  • 12 Mihaere Dr
  • 21 Mihaere Dr
Please use the below stops instead;
  • 51 & 52 Haydon St as an alternative for the Keith St stops
  • And 47 & 50 Mihaere Dr as an alternative for the Mihaere St stops
