Pursuant to Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991, notice is hereby given that the following application for resource consent has been received from the Ruapehu District Council to Abstract Water from the Mangaparare Stream, Taranui Street, Ōhura, for the purposes of Ōhura Public and Rural Water Supply.
