Totara Reserve Regional Park
Discover our regional park, what makes it special and why you'll want to make it a regular spot for walking, exploring nature, picnicking and even camping.
Priority Habitats
This is Horizons main non-regulatory programme for protecting remnants of the region’s rarest and most threatened indigenous ecosystems, most of them on private land. There are 95 sites across the region receiving ongoing pest control and restoration efforts.
