APP-2024204967.00 Horowhenua District Council - Public Water Supply

Horizons Regional Council has received an application from Horowhenua District Council that includes a number of activities associated with the public water supply to the Levin Township. The activities include the abstraction of water from the Ōhau River, the construction and operation of a new reservoir and necessary infrastructure, the construction of new bores within the Ōhau River near the State Highway 1 bridge, and planting and restoration works in and around a wetland.
