Publicly Notified Consents

When Horizons receives a resource consent that is deemed to have more than a minor effect on the environment, the resource consent will require public notification under section 95A of the Resource Management Act (RMA). 
 

To make a submission complete the following three steps:

1. Download the submission form below
2. Complete and sign the submission form
3. Send the signed form to us via one of the following methods:

• Post: Horizons Regional Council, Private Bag 11025, Manawatu Mail Centre, Palmerston North 4442
• Email: consent.submissions@horizons.govt.nz
